1. Who we are and acceptance

This website and the services offered on it are provided by Test Spa ("we", "us"). By using this website, booking an appointment, buying products or leaving a review, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked at the bottom of every page. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services are cosmetic

Our treatments are cosmetic skin-care services performed by licensed professionals within the scope of their license. They are not medical care, do not diagnose or treat any disease, and do not replace the advice of a physician. Information on this website is general and educational.

Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, history, home care and other factors. Photos, before-and-after images and reviews show individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of results.

3. Your eligibility and health information

You must be at least 18 years old to book. Minors may receive services only with a parent or legal guardian who is present and signs the consent.

Before any treatment you agree to answer our health questions truthfully and completely, and to tell us about changes. Our professional may decline, postpone or adjust a treatment for your safety. See the Treatment consent and health page.

4. Appointments, deposits and cancellations

Appointments are governed by our Appointment and cancellation policy. You accept that policy when you book. Deposits for our services are processed by Stripe and paid directly to Test Spa.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to an appointment is the one confirmed when you book. We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions.

6. Online store

Products in our online store are sold, charged and shipped by Euro L Beauty LLC (Kissimmee, Florida), which is the seller of those products; their Shipping and returns policy applies. Test Spa receives a commission on those sales.

7. Reviews and your content

You may post a review only about a service you actually received. Reviews must be honest and lawful, and may not include health information of other people, insults, hate, spam or personal data. We publish all reviews that follow these rules, positive or negative; we only remove reviews that are spam, offensive, unlawful or not from a client. We do not pay for, buy or write reviews. You may reply to or request removal of your own review by contacting us.

By posting a review you allow us to display it, with the name you chose, on this website and our social media, and you confirm it reflects your own experience.

8. Automated assistant

Our website chat is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It can answer general questions and help you book, but it can make mistakes, does not give medical advice, and a person on our team can review conversations to help you.

9. Intellectual property

Text, photos, videos, logos and design on this website belong to Test Spa, Euro L Beauty LLC or their licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Before-and-after photos are published only with each client's written consent.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no false bookings, no attempts to access other people's information, no automated scraping, and no interference with security.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws.

12. Resolving problems

If something goes wrong, contact us first (+17865694367 · 123 Test St, Miami, FL, 33101) and we will try to resolve it within 15 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Miami, FL. Any dispute will be handled in the courts (including small-claims court) of that place, unless the law gives you a right to another forum or to a consumer agency.

13. Changes and language

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you booked applies to that appointment. These Terms are offered in Spanish and English; if there is a difference, the English version prevails.
