Who is responsible
Test Spa is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Our booking and website platform is provided by Euro L Beauty LLC (SmartSpa), which processes information on our behalf and under our instructions.
What we collect
Booking: name, email, phone, the service and time you choose, notes you write and your communication preferences. Your account (optional): the same details plus your appointment history. Reviews: rating, comment and the name you choose to display. Chat: the conversation with our automated assistant. Health: answers you give us about your skin and health for your treatment. Store purchases: order, shipping and payment details, collected by Euro L Beauty LLC and Shopify (we never see your full card number). Technical: IP address, device and browser data that servers record automatically.
How we use it
To schedule and manage your appointments and send confirmations and reminders; to care for you safely; to answer you; to prevent fraud and protect the website; to improve our services; and — only if you said yes — to send news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email or by replying STOP to texts.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run this website and our business, under confidentiality: Euro L Beauty LLC (SmartSpa platform and online store), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Telnyx (text messages), Stripe (deposits), Shopify (store checkout), Anthropic (the AI that powers the chat assistant and the text of some content) and Google (maps and fonts shown on the website). We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Health information
Information about your skin or health is used only to provide your treatment safely, is kept confidential and is shared only with the professional who treats you, or as the law requires.
Cookies and similar technology
Our website uses only the browser storage needed for it to work (your language, your shopping bag, your chat on your device and, if you sign in, a secure session cookie). The map on our contact section is provided by Google and fonts are loaded from Google; Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under its privacy policy. This website does not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment records for as long as you are our client and as needed for legal, tax and safety reasons, then delete or anonymize them. Chat conversations are kept up to 12 months.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights

Children
